the title says it all... i feel so tired today... mainly coz of the event that i participated yesterday. eventho, i'm not from consumer side, tp zara ajak tolong. *tambah markah utk KPI tuh* ... it was held at Royal Chulan hotel. it's basically for the bankers (consumer) to mingle with their top depositors... mcm appreciation party la.. best gak la... tapi xsempat nak took pictures. busy sgt. started with jazz performance, followed by stand-up comedy by Buddy Loren n sambung blek dgn jazz performance. While being entertained n makan, customers pun ble tgk kete2 Porche and harley bike yang ada. and the emcee for the day was Daphne Iking *luv her bangs*. pastu dlm kol 615pm, i chow... coz kaki ni dh menggletar penat berdiri.... heheh *caM org tua*

I WANT FOOD!!! itu lah jeritan dari hero ku... i mmg risau sgt bila rayyan asyik kuarkan milk dia from the side of his mouth... pastu ade 2 kali tu sampai almost 5 hrs dia tak nak minum sedangkn rayyan ni, setiap 2 jam mesti jerit nk minum. i sebagai ibu yg penyayang n pengasih *wah!* bawak la rayyan gi jumpa Dr Ng. takutla... sakit perut ker pe ker... pas disoal siasat oleh Dr Ng, she concluded that rayyan is now ready to try solid food... but in a small amount... twice a day, 1 spoon per meal... *yeah!! sebenarnye mommy n daddy yg excited*... ble start beli mknan...

bila blek umah, trus google pasal signs of readiness for solids. bukannye tak caya pe yg Dr Ng kata tapi cuma nk menyokong lagi kenyataan tu. then, i found from this one website stating the signs........

• It is usually recommended that babies should be able to sit unassisted before introducing them to solid foods. If your pediatrician has recommended starting solids at 4 or 5 months, your baby may not be able to sit unassisted - he should, however, be able to sit well with support. This is important as it enables him to swallow food efficiently.
• He should have lost the 'tongue thrust' reflex - his natural instinct to push everything out of his mouth that you put in! It can be frustrating to try to give your baby solid foods if the tongue thrust reflex is still strong and may be one of the clearest indications that he is not ready for solid foods.
• An increase in appetite - your baby seems dissatisfied after milk feeds.
