Terbaru ialah 'ships being hi-jacked by
the Israeli commanders'. dah la hi-jacked,
bunuh orang lagi tu sedangkan diorang ni
dalam perjalanan untuk misi keamanan and
nak tolong orang lain di Gaza. dengan itu,
marilah kita sama- sama berdoa semoga
TIADA lagi mangsa yang terkorban and
mereka semua ni DAPAT PULANG ke pangkuan
keluarga masing- masing dalam masa yang terdekat ni.

Wesak Weekend

kalau cuti tu mesti rasa sekejap jer...
tup...tup... dah hari ahad...

last weekend, takde la banyak sangat

activities tapi agak fun la..

coz bB nye bday, rayyan gi birthday party

and gi wedding papa's cousin.

Friday....

hmmph.. lepak kat rumah jer..

tak ke mana coz I nak cuci rumah.

tapi petang keluar kejap and then lepak kat

umah miL sementara tunggu bB habis my futsal.

Saturday...

Went out from the house dalam kol 12 noon.

coz nak kene pergi Ampang Point. kene beli

present untuk bB's friend's daughter yg baru lahir.
by 3pm je trus kitorg shoot ke Bansar Village 2

untuk Kyra's bday. 1st time jumpa Hanin.

she's sooo nice and friendly. and 1st time

jumpa other bloggers.. ye la i tak active kan... hehehe

After came back from Kyra's birthday party,
went to miL's place and brought her to Sogo to buy some stuff.
Cari nye cari barang yang nak tu tapi tak de.
Pastu ingat nak balik, tapi since bB teringin nak berkaraoke,
so, kitorang pun terus gi Red Box. Then, call my biL's family to join
us. Unfortunately, tak sempat nak amik pics.

As usual, monday memang hari yang
lama n mbosankan.

rayyan is now 5 months old baby yang tidur nye... memang sungguh lasak. pusing satu dunia....he used to sleep in his baby cot tapi lately ni, dia tidur kat atas katil dgn i. reason being is kaki n tangan selalu tersangkut kat lubang2 pagar cot tu. and dia akan mengamuk bila dia tak leh pusing. so, daddy and i have decided to let him sleep on the bed *jangan risau, kitorg taruk bantal sekeliling* and daddy *huhuhu* has to sleep outside. Wah!!! sungguh besar pengorbanan seorang ayah!!! hehehe

tapi after reading THIS article, i rasa i patut letak dia balik dalam cot dia.. or SHOULD WE GET ANOTHER QUEEN / KING SIZE BED FOR HIM??? memeng tak lah kan beli katil org besar kat dia... wakakaka.... so macam mane huh???

WHAT MADE YOU STAY AT YOUR CURRENT WORKPLACE?

i tetiba terfikir untuk buat entry ni. tahun ni adalah tahun ke-3 i bekerja di tempat sekarang... yang mana i akan refer sebagai... X. At first, i diserap masuk sebagai seorg management trainee dgn gaji yang boleh di kategori kan sebagai ' earning below poverty line' di kL ni. by the way, X is a company yang agak besar namanya tapi di dalam kumpulan nya, X adalah kecil TAPI percentage untuk pekerja dibuang memang kecil kerana X disokong oleh satu nama yang BESAR di Malaysia. Berbalik kepada gaji... lepas habis training 3 bulan, i diserap masuk ke bahagian corporate. Gaji naik la sikit dalam 11% tapi bawah pemerhatian la. huhuhu... alhamdulillah, 6 bulan je. then i di'confirmkan'. gaji naik lagi 20%. Kerja tak penat cuma memerlukan i untuk analyze cashflow, the industry, the business, etc. kitorg kat sini bekerja dalam group. my group ada 4 orang. my immediate boss and the 2nd liner are ladies. cool gila. sanggup ajar i and tak berhenti untuk tolong. bukan senang i rasa kalau i kat tempat lain.

lepas 3 tahun, i masih di sini dengan gaji yang lebih SIKIT je dari poverty line. pangkat tak naik lagi (i tak risau sangat pasal other management trainees pun tak naik pangkat lagi except for 1 person - she really deserves it la...). Tapi the question now is... napa i stay sedangkan gaji dia sikit kalau berbanding tempat lain?

well, i've asked the same question to myself so many times. even most of my friends pun dah cari kerja lain 'coz gaji tak setimpal dengan apa yang kitorg laku kn (kerja kami ni bergantung atas portfolio yang kami jaga and the immediate boss yang mengarah).... as for me, FOR NOW... gaji bukan la a problem... memang duit penting tapi i fikir i nak cari experience dulu coz i dah dapat boss yang sanggup curahkan ilmu. besides that, i fikir pasal kesenangan - dari banyak aspect. i boleh gi kerja dengan my hubby coz kitorg kerja dekat2, bila i sakit boss paham (dapat boss lelaki ni kekadang ni susah memahami), offers a lot of courses dan banyak la nak diterang kan.... tapi tak bermakna i tak harap kn gaji yang lagi banyak. that is why i attend a lot of courses (in house and external) and i still buat MBA. pas habis MBA, i nak amik pro. cert pulak. tapi itu semua hanya perancangan... insyaalah, kalau ada rezeki i akan cuba menambahkan figure di dalam gaji... well... i think i deserve it.. what do u think boss???

the title says it all... i feel so tired today... mainly coz of the event that i participated yesterday. eventho, i'm not from consumer side, tp zara ajak tolong. *tambah markah utk KPI tuh* ... it was held at Royal Chulan hotel. it's basically for the bankers (consumer) to mingle with their top depositors... mcm appreciation party la.. best gak la... tapi xsempat nak took pictures. busy sgt. started with jazz performance, followed by stand-up comedy by Buddy Loren n sambung blek dgn jazz performance. While being entertained n makan, customers pun ble tgk kete2 Porche and harley bike yang ada. and the emcee for the day was Daphne Iking *luv her bangs*. pastu dlm kol 615pm, i chow... coz kaki ni dh menggletar penat berdiri.... heheh *caM org tua*

I WANT FOOD

I WANT FOOD!!! itu lah jeritan dari hero ku... i mmg risau sgt bila rayyan asyik kuarkan milk dia from the side of his mouth... pastu ade 2 kali tu sampai almost 5 hrs dia tak nak minum sedangkn rayyan ni, setiap 2 jam mesti jerit nk minum. i sebagai ibu yg penyayang n pengasih *wah!* bawak la rayyan gi jumpa Dr Ng. takutla... sakit perut ker pe ker... pas disoal siasat oleh Dr Ng, she concluded that rayyan is now ready to try solid food... but in a small amount... twice a day, 1 spoon per meal... *yeah!! sebenarnye mommy n daddy yg excited*... ble start beli mknan...

bila blek umah, trus google pasal signs of readiness for solids. bukannye tak caya pe yg Dr Ng kata tapi cuma nk menyokong lagi kenyataan tu. then, i found from this one website stating the signs........

• It is usually recommended that babies should be able to sit unassisted before introducing them to solid foods. If your pediatrician has recommended starting solids at 4 or 5 months, your baby may not be able to sit unassisted - he should, however, be able to sit well with support. This is important as it enables him to swallow food efficiently.
• He should have lost the 'tongue thrust' reflex - his natural instinct to push everything out of his mouth that you put in! It can be frustrating to try to give your baby solid foods if the tongue thrust reflex is still strong and may be one of the clearest indications that he is not ready for solid foods.
• An increase in appetite - your baby seems dissatisfied after milk feeds.
• An increased interest in watching YOU eat (although this is often just simple curiousity and doesn't necessarily mean that he NEEDS solid foods).
